[Feature] Hide/Show Top Bar #544

What would you like to be added? Add an api to hide and show the top bar.

How will it help This feature will enhance user experience by providing more control over the interface. For instance, in a document editing application, users might prefer a distraction-free mode where the top bar is hidden. Being able to toggle the top bar visibility programmatically allows for customizable views based on user preferences or specific application states.

why not just go fullscreen (super+f)

Going fullscreen only allows a single application to be displayed at a time.

hey, just letting y'all know that i've seen this but haven't quite figured out how to do it perfectly: (not pushed but this is what i have atm. notice the white border on top?)

since most of y'all probably use dark mode imma just push it not perfect but it's something just press Ctrl+Alt+/ twice

deleted the comment because my "fix" just made the bar fail to load and I thought it worked cause nothing showed up oof
