[Issue] Cleanbuild, aur, yay and paru #627

Related issue: #620

According to Hyprland Wiki its recommended to use yay and avoid paru, but @moetayuko has some different ideas.

This issue will be focused on such topic, about whether cleanbuild is needed, how we should implement it in install script and if it's ok and how to bring back paru in install script.

I've personally been using these dotfiles for quite some time now, and Hyprland for even longer, and have never encountered any paru-related error when updating Hyprland (running on -git aswell)
