[Bug] Stacks for custom buffs on Party Frames out of sync #278

Description

Sometimes, the stacks of custom buffs on Party Frames go out of sync. Here's an example while fighting a delve, you can see my stacks of Earth Shield (top right) be at 9, while Party Frame showing 3:

Here is again the same scenario, but the funny thing is that on Cell Frames it works correctly. Here you can see the Cell Frames Target showing 8 stacks, while Party Frame showing 4:

Sometimes during fights, look at the stacks of Earth Shields.
