Added Dockerfile and Build.bat to compile it. Upgraded to Spigot 1.12 #64

I don't know Maven at all... so I did a lot of googling. This combination seems to work.

I'm using Docker to define a build environment with maven etc in it. You have to build the image using

docker build -t mvn_dev_env:latest .

Once that's done you can use build.bat on windows to spit out a Purugin plugin working with Spigot 1.12

HAHA @NigelThorne I just did this last night but did not have client to verify it was working...So fantastic. Thanks.

Also mvn -Pfatjar will embed jruby-complete into the purugin.jar so you do not need to add it separately.
