Improved sass structure and layout view #11

  1. reverted mobile view to a more suitable solution, still rough view but without extra margins at least!
  2. added hover effects for links, btns and listed items;
  3. moved normalize css to a separate sass file and unplugged it since it's not bringing really any benefit;
  4. I need to improve some mixins for responsive fonts, on mobile the h2s are a bit off scale;
  5. I'd like to implement some sort live reload for local dev, do you have any solution in your collection that does not require a lot of refactoring?

merged this PR in the last comprehensive of all the changes and fixes
