Bounding Box says it is on but doesn't show in view

Describe the bug After opening a saved blend that had the bounding box set to on before closing/saving, after you open it again the bounding box is on but it doesn't show the bounding box in the view until you turn it off and on.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Make a blend and of course turn on seut with N init, etc. Turn on bounding box, save blend, close it, then open it again, the bounding box will still be on, but it won't show the box in the view until you turn it off and on again.

Expected behavior If the bounding box says it on it be on.

Additional context This is very obviously not a urgent bug to say the least.
