This is Functionality 2 of the managing the Shared List, allowing each thread to be able to update (additional) links to nodes that contain book lines in the correct order.

Acceptance Criteria:

  1. Embed a second pointer, e.g. "_booknext", into the shared list
  2. Have a head pointer for each book.
