Create a mechanism for updating user reputation based on events that happen in the app.

views should not directly access user reputation
instead, they should call user reputation updating methods that are defined on instances of UserProfile
display user rep under avatar names (currently hardcoded fake rep)

make an apptag to handle reputation of 1000 +

This is done, except for the apptag. The apptag isn't high priority.
