As a Luminocracy dev I want to be able to switch between live versions without incurring downtime.

Tasks:

Install MySQL server on a VM
Set it as "Slave" to the current MySQL server (this will replicate all data)
Switch MySQL server to "Master"
Point current install to the new MySQL server
