Setup "replica" VMs #59

As a Luminocracy dev I want to be able to test the deployment of my changes before they go live.

Tasks:

Duplicate current live VM
Set its MySQL server as a "Slave" to the dedicated MySQL VM (this will continuously replicate all data)

To test:

Disconnect the VM's MySQL server from its "Master"
Deploy new version: this will test migrations on the last known live data
If everything works fine: point Django to the dedicated MySQL VM
Point reverse proxy to this new live VM
Change Django on the old VM to point to its own MySQL instance (so it can be used for testing next time)
