Unsubscribe link not working #77

For the url of the unsubscribe link included in notification emails contains the language code 'en-us', which isn't supported (it should be 'en-ca'). This causes a 404 when the user clicks unsubscribe.

Sending notification emails is done in a context in which no language code is set. It has to be manually set, and ideally this should match the language preference of the user to whom the email is being sent. We didn't have any such setting in the user profile, so I added it. Now, during registration, the user can set their language preference (it defaults to the language in which the user is viewing the site). Now the unsubscribe url works.
