Add SATA support. #13

When mounted in Acorn Mini baseboard and for now will probably only work when with Ethernet (PCie will require changes).

Should be almost identical to: https://github.com/litex-hub/litex-boards/blob/master/litex_boards/targets/litex_acorn_baseboard_mini.py#L185-L212

Initial support has been added with https://github.com/enjoy-digital/litex_m2sdr/commit/55c6f8c8a671eeb461122395db9829e3cf41f7c4. This will need to be tested with the board mounted on the Acorn Baseboard Mini (similar to integration with the Acorn).
