[x] Should only be required with PCIe Gen2 X1 bitstream, we have enough bandwidth with Gen2 X2 (and X4).
[x] Allow it to be done automatically or manually (Currently done manually in m2sdr_rf, automatocally in Soapy).

This is now done manually with SoapySDR and m2sdr_rf.
