Carry stacker mod options not applying #12

Issue:

Pretty simple yet strange. Mod was working like a charm, i did infamous XVI, closed the game. After not even 5 minutes a friend of mine asked to play, so i popped payday 2 open and started a game. BOOM. Customized options not working anymore. I can still carry multiple bags but the slow penalty is way massive, way different than what i customized it to be.

Seems like it's conflicting with RodInfamy mod, no idea how that's possible because RodInfamy has like 3 lines code.

Problem solved, i just had too many mods. I'm an idiot xD
