Syntax error in mod.txt #36

There was a comma missing to separate the items in a dictionary

Hi! Thank you for contributing. If you update mod.txt with version 1.10.4 and update the Changelog, I will happily merge and generate a new release with the fix. Otherwise, I'll find some time to do it myself
