This produces a working drive system, with broken encoder detection. Other features:

• added Null Drive to prevent null pointer exceptions
• added friendly motor status display
• added position path command
• added various tests, now we're back to 50%
• removed no longer needed code associated with explicit calibration phase.

• This version also removes the Template_2018 folder. At the end of this season, this year's robot will be the basis for the new template, which will be moved into its own repository
