As suggested in #24, a command system should be implemented. The following commands are suggested.

• [x] OP can type "health@{n}" to set the boss's initial health instead of it being automatically generated.
• [x] "summon@{element}" for Warlock's to summon a specific elemental when an image is attached.
• [ ] "buy@{item}" to buy an item with their points.
• [x] "nickname@{nickname}" to set an alias for the current poster.
• [ ] "use@{itemname}#{poster_id}" to use an item, and if applicable, use it on another player (see phoenixdown).

@1. there should be a limit though, which was discussed in other Issues already.
