Gridview not working in Azure Cloud setup #37

HI,

We are hosted in Azure cloud in Episerver hosting. I am using CMS 11.14.1. I tried to implement gridview package ver 0.4.0. It worked correctly in local machine, but is not working on hosted environment.

Is this add-on compatible to work in Azure cloud hosted environment?
