UI: add buttons for adding workspace / filesystem files #7

The RDF model configuration could use some additional buttons to easily add files in the workspace / local filesystem to the list of URLs to load. At the moment you have to paste in the location and add file:// at the beginning, which is inconvenient.

This is partially implemented: there is now a button for adding workspace files.

We still need a button for adding files from the local filesystem.
