Useful schema title #508

The current schema title does not make sense: https://github.com/equinor/webviz-config/blob/648937f36c5de38ae84f8556ad4671b2169e80e9/webviz_config/_docs/_create_schema.py#L11

Probably left over after boilerplate schema.

Change to either some string indicating it is a webviz schema. Maybe also include plugin projects (+versions) going into the schema, unless there are better places for this in the schema?

The schema title now makes more sense (Webviz instead of Person) after #496, but can still be improved with more information perhaps regarding which plugin projects it is based on?
