Adds a new top level folder with Titan scripts commonly used at NCEM. It shows how to interact with FEI Thermo Fischer microscopes through scripting. The scripts are meant to be run on the microscope PC and were developed for Python 2.7 on Windows XP 32 bit. We have tested them on more modern machines and Python 3 and they should work equally well.
