Every time when you get tired, your body decides to change - you get a little stronger you get a little better.
Only happens if you get tired.
So today we want to get tired - or I call it - Waking Up the Angry Tired Monster
but after you wake up the "Tired Monster" she is going to yell at you to slow down, to stop moving so much - thats when you stick your tongue out at her and let her know she's not the boss of you.

Overview:
Todays practice is a set of repeating 5 minute efforts - 1 minute break in between.
While we are working - there is no walking, there is no wasting time, only high levels of effort to get better.
Then we will break for 1 minute - hold the balls - and listen for whats next.
