'?' symbol instead cyrrilic words in CL8ISO8859P5 charset. #8

Hi, Eric! I am trying to use your library for my project using Oracle. All cyrillic(russian) words are replaced by '?'. I dont know how to fix it by myself. The charset in oracle is NLS_CHARACTERSET=CL8ISO8859P5 , NLS_NCHAR_CHARACTERSET = AL16UTF16
