Unable to Move Google Cloud Text-to-Speech into Repo #13

When I move my API into the repo, some files automatically dissapear. I'm not sure what is missing either from the group repo or mine but I have tried to copy it over multiple times and it doesn't work. The API still can run but it is missing certain files.
