Change to flaps after Asobo World Update 3 issue:

From: lift_coef_flaps = 0.31270 to lift_coef_flaps = 0.15635

There are now two pull request to solve the same bug, which should we use for a hotfix. Both?

I think I was late to the party - clompsy did the same fix, prob best to use his.
