Removed Exterior.xml from mod #78

The file ModelBehaviorDefs\Asobo\Exterior.xml was included to change the prop RPM for switching animations (fast/slow), but it causes possible conflicts with future updates on that global Asobo file. So I removed it for all the mod contents to be limited to G36 only.

Also fixed version to 0.6.4 in the readme title.
