Instead of"

results/{pcangsd,beagle-gl,bcf}/TEST-Biallelic-SNPS-30-fish-maf-0.05/thin_0_0

It would be better, after playing around with things a bit, to have it as:

results/TEST-Biallelic-SNPS-30-fish-maf-0.05/thin_0_0/{pcangsd,beagle-gl,bcf}

If that is possible.
