Look for Updates of finished Games | false | By default, the Plugin will not look for update of games that are finished (have either the "Completed" or "Abandoned" F95zone label). You can change this behaviour with this option however I advise against doing so because these games will not receive any updates. This is disabled by default to reduce server load. |

This plugin keeps track of the installation size of your games and adds a new Uninstall action to a game.
You access a view with storage statistics using the red icon on the sidebar. The installation size is calculated by going through all files in the Installation Directory and adding up the file lengths. This gets cached to a37e0963-91ac-4432-be2a-69e366c44726/storage.json
in the ExtensionsData
folder.
This only works for games with a valid Installation Directory. Playnite already has an uninstallation feature but this only works with games that provide their own uninstaller (like when installed from a CD). The games I manage with Playnite don't have an uninstaller, they don't even have an installer, and can simply be uninstalled by deleting the folder which is what this feature does.
Simply right-click any game in Playnite and click Uninstall. This will delete the entire Installation Directory. The files will be deleted completely. They do not go into the Recycle Bin.
I've also added a new "Uninstall and Remove" action in 2.5.0 which will uninstall the game completely and remove it from Playnite.
Always check the log file playnite.log
in %appdata%/Playnite
or in the Playnite installation directory first. You can also try deleting your config file for a specific extension if you think that is the problem, the paths to the config files are in the description of the each extension.
