Modified the docker file run commands to fix the incompatible versions, added python 3.8 requirement and installed rdkit using pip instead of conda-forge.
Refactored etoxpred_predict.py file to the format of main.py, removed modelfile from arguments, leaving only two arguments(input_file, and output_file)
Added the run.sh file.
Modified the service.py file, and updated predict api to run.
What I did
