[V8 bridge] Support V8 version 3.19.2 or later. #93

Note currently escudo can be built with V8 version up to version 3.18.2 on Lion. Fedora 19 comes with V8 version 3.14.5 as of writing.

V8 version 3.19.2 is supported at 64d09118829077d6dde3bac3c540c86d2b4adfd8.

V8 version 3.19.18.4 and later appear to be too different to support by the same set of source files for V8 version 3.18.2 or older. So we will do either,

as Fedora and Ubuntu are catching up newer V8 versions, rewrite the current V8 bridge and drop support for 3.18.2 or older, or
create V8 bridge-2 for V8 version 3.19.18.4 or later, and maintain two sets of V8 bridges.

We'll see.
