User Profile plugin

This plugin extends the User plugin with extra configurable profile fields.

• Adds the ability to add extra fields to a user.
• Provides an extended account component to edit the extra fields in the front-end.

• Simple "Sign in/out" component for a menu bar (menuUserWidget).
