tips is a tip calculator application for iOS and with a Discount Calculator feature.

User Stories

The following required functionality is complete:

• [x] User can enter a bill amount, choose a tip percentage, and see the tip and total values.

The following optional features are implemented:

• [ ] Settings page to change the default tip percentage.
• [x] UI animations
• [ ] Remembering the bill amount across app restarts (if <10mins)
• [ ] Using locale-specific currency and currency thousands separators.
• [x] Making sure the keyboard is always visible and the bill amount is always the first responder. This way the user doesn't have to tap anywhere to use this app. Just launch the app and start typing.

The following additional features are implemented:

• [ ] List anything else that you can get done to improve the app functionality!
• [x] The app was created with an app icon and lauch screen
• [x] The app has a discount calculator where the user is a able to insert the discount percentage and total price of item and get discount total

Notes

Describe any challenges encountered while building the app.

I was having issues getting my setting functions to work, the options were trying to change the theme style color of the app and language of the app. I had issues with the Discount calculator because I had two fields and it was issue changing the alpha of each field and onChange of both of them.
