It would be useful for juju-lint to alert when run against a suspended model.
Suspended models appear as follows in the yaml status:
model: name: my-cloud-name type: iaas controller: vsphere cloud: vsphere region: my-region version: 2.8.8 model-status: current: suspended message: suspended since cloud credential is not valid sla: unsupported
