ContentTools-Codemirror html editor integration

Usage:

• Include ContentTools and Codemirror in your project.
• Add content-tools-codemirror.js file, you can change the codemirror config if you wish.
• Add ct-codemirror.css file, only required because the content tools styles override the codemirror css.
• Add to the toolbox ContentTools.DEFAULT_TOOLS[0].push('codemirror') before initializing ContentTools' the icon is the same as the existing preformatted tool.
