Building on the prior analysis conducted by the assignment 1 team I have implemented the following the changes to further explore the topic of animal welfare management by the RSPCA.
Introduction
Rephrased the opening lines to reflect a more academic style
Added context from RSPCA website relating to their mission and current challenges, given additional context to the report
Constructed and laid out the primary and secondary questions clearly which were hidden within the text beforehand
Exploratory Data Analysis
Combined several of the initial questions into one as they were all focused on animal outcomes
Added time aspect to comparisons which was missing from the original report
Adjusted styling of existing plots to be more visually appealing and introduced interactivity to engage the reader and allow
for further exploration
Introduced new plots to explore animal outcomes for the RSPCA in greater depth
Expanded discussion of findings which was initially quite limited and provided detailed interpretations of produced plots
Included observations of what the RSPCA was doing well/poorly and pointed to evidence that could improve the strategy of the organisation
Constructed new section and question analysing the relationship between animal type and outcome
Utilised several of the new concepts/plots introduced in the past few weeks of both ETC5521 and ETC5523
Conclusion
Provided detailed summary of the findings made in each section of the report and pointed towards areas of concern/improvement for the RSPCA
