Objective

The purpose of this issue is to specify the processes by which the token state is kept in-line with the baselined off-chain asset as well as the process of upgrading and administration of token contracts.

Scope

High level prerequisites

The work undertaken by the Tokenization and Digital Assets track (during the Baseline Summit), resulted in the following high level requirements:
