Dan Norkin will go through backlog and coordinate people cleaning it up.

Ideas on a financial incentive program were discussed. @humbitious is tasked with producing a paper on the subject to the next PGB meeting.

The hackathon finalists were discussed, and announced that this Wednesday will be the winner announcements on The Baseline livestream. Winners will be paid out by Gitcoin shortly thereafter.

The 1 year anniversary was discussed, and a volunteer to ring-lead activities around that was requested.

A retrospective will be called in February to discuss what went right in the first year, what went wrong, and what we should do to organize ourselves further in 2021.
