Does "anonymous corporate contribution" refer to a donation of money, or a contribution of work or content to a specification?

It refers to contribution to specification. My understanding of the point that was raised last week is that some companies may want to attend the working sessions and contribute content of specification without the public knowing. We discussed that we will keep the standard working session recordings private (it is already the case, they have never been posted on Youtube).

So the problem is my understanding of the Ethereum OASIS is that it's public - there isn't an option to contribute to the specification anonymously.

The most common reason for this is actually to ensure a clean story on Intellectual Property - knowing who contributed an idea is important because we need to demonstrate that they take responsibility for ensuring they are not breaching copyright, taking someone else's intellectual property, introducing material that means later people could be hit with licensing fees, etc.
