Andreas suggests that the TSC voting on projects have transparency in some way.

Outreach to universities needs to happen.

JW to get Ty in touch with Defcon Scholars.

Hudson Jameson will coordinate incentive program.

Hudson reported that he and Sam Stokes are working on collecting project proposals / bounties.

Priorities for the next few weeks:

1) Enablement, enablement and more enablement! (Specifically, Hello World, Videos on getting BRIs to run, tools for simplifying development and deployment) Action: form a virtual team to hammer on this issue. Focus on creating content (Ty is focused on this.)

2) Set a milestone for things like having Hello World and a collection of tools for deploying and configuring baseline stacks.

3) Scaling and gas costs.
