SSC members should take a look at this link: https://eprint.iacr.org/2018/962.pdf Quite interesting work from UC Berkeley, Cornell and others, funded by Google, Ethereum Foundation and others.

This is an extremely well-written academic piece that articulates an architectural pattern and techniques that may be aligned with baseline protocol approach and may advance our work.

Minutes from SSC #81 reviewed and ratified by loose consensus. Interlocked with TSC #75.

1) Baseline momentum metrics reported: approaching 600 actives on community channels (appear to add about 100 per month), repo now at 344 stars and 86 forks, 12 contributors (caveat: many more have not yet merged to master, so are not counted yet...Maintainers working on campaign to get contributors onto master). Baseline twitter account at 3200 followers, [up from 1300]. YouTube channel at 543 subscribers (with last SSC meeting getting over 1800 views...by comparison, the most recent Eth Core Devs meeting got similar number of views). LinkedIn group at 125 members. Team working on putting up a proper LinkedIn account.

2) Chair instructed that only contributors who have merged to master can vote for TSC members.

3) Avia Kraft presented a new 2.5min video (youtube here) and discussed progress with executive overview deck development. Team made the call to release the video this week. (min 15 of the SSC meeting video)

4) Brian Chamberlain presented progress of Gas service project #18 . (min 24)

5) Chainlink Oracle project #89 still being articulated. @JohannEid

6) Chair reviewed tokenizing an invoice project #17 (min 29) Suggestion was made to add Jason and Martin at Centrifuge to this project.

7) @gleim announced #12 and #24 on ZK hardening and called for participants.

8) Roadmap epics review commenced at min 37.

9) Init-Core branch in progress to be merged to master...will include significant documentation insertions.

10) Standards and Specifications work commences next week, and the OASIS team (Chet Ensign) will be holding classes on

11) Salesforce to Dynamics demo @danielnorkin will add epic to roadmap. [Action]

12) @yorkerhodes3 announced collection of requirements of SQL server and Teams integrations projects #61 #98 .

13) Morpheus reviewed #90 on real world border shipment.

14) Chair announced that Epic/Roadmap pruning rigor will ramp up going forward -- Epics/Issues that are not updating will prune.

15) @christianschmiedel announced now working with Unibright on #56

16) @PetoU reported on progress on the Mulesoft connector project #64 . Peter committed to update epic.

17) Moved to hold longer, in-depth engineering meetings with core developers/contributors to deep dive on key architecture work and big tent-pole projects. Action: set up events and present dates at next SSC.

18) Announced that the Wednesday Office Hours (noon us-eastern) webinar will be branded "The Baseline" and start doing a regular format of interviewing people and companies working on baseline projects. Call for future interviewees.

19) Chair reminded team to add key journalists and events to #91 and #93 respectively.
