Please add documentation on how to preserve wallets across infrastructure re-creation

When I destroy and re-create my infrastructure, I'd like to preserve the sealer wallets so as not to have to re-issue my request to join the kerleano network.

From discussions, it appears that the only information I need to persist are:

• the .keystore content
• the passphrase

Can you confirm that this is the case and, if so, add this to the documentation?

Currently, we are using the following procedure within the installation directory to ensure that our sealer wallet info is permanent:

• replace .passphrase content with the previously generated passphrase
• replace .keystore/nodekey content with the previously generated nodekey
• replace address with previously generated address
• replace .keystore/UTC* content with the previously generated wallet json
