I will test this out, my initial plan was to just to opt for a sub-module module because I did not want to have to keep atmosphere packages up to date. That said I'm also fine with using atmosphere as long as someone can commit to keep it up to date.
I can write a script to merge and publish all updates :)

Works great, thank you for adding the repositories to atmosphere.
This fixes the references to enable running Mist in development mode
