Update eudi-lib-ios-openid4vci-swift dependency to version 0.1.5 #70

This pull request updates the eudi-lib-ios-openid4vci-swift dependency to version 0.1.5. The previous version was 0.1.2. This update includes changes to the Package.swift file and the OpenId4VCIService class.
