facebook, twitter jump to new window #3

clicking on the "Follow us on twitter" "Add us on facebook" links should open a new window/tab, not redirect the current page.

OK. This is done. I've deployed the new stuff everywhere but the store (deploying the store would cause downtime -- so I deploy it less frequently).
