IF all required fields except T&C are completed it goes through and submits.

If you have another field empty (e.g. name ) and T&C unchecks, it does correctly prompt to complete both name and T&C

Not able to recreate this error in IE8.

If all required fields except T&C and competed and you press submit, does it still display the "Are you sure you want to submit YES/NO" prompt?
