Fix IE formatting glitch (Issue #17)- Make sure formfields are setup correctly in database (volatile if need be)
- THEN check email template that the correct formfields are being used in them
- ~~FOR EVAN: Go through each button which is also a link and make sure it works in IE ~~
FOR EVAN: Update formfieldbuyer/edit because its flakey
