New Status: Pending Approval #8

Newly submitted yachtshares have status "Pending Approval".

All yachtshares with status "Pending Approval" will appear in the sidebar as a kind of reminder for him to approve it.

Have a button "Approve" in yachtshare detail page.

Have another status checkbox in yachtshare list which is unchecked by default. Checking it will include pending approval yachtshares in the list.

I have it where now, any new boats are inserted into the database with their approval still pending. These yachtshares will appear in the admin's sidebar as a reminder. The admin approves them by clicking a button at the top of yachtshare detail page.

I was not able to include it as a status in yachtshare list.
