Duplicate map instances #7

There is rare occurrences where the map can be initialised multiple times. This normally isn't a problem and does not impede upon basic functions however causes actions to be duplicated, leading to performance reductions. This duplication of maps leads to actions such as clicking on a system to bring up its information window, opening multiple times.

At this stage I am unsure where this is occurring.

Turns out this was my own fault when playing with the theme code and not an issue at all
