Configuration: Make showing of capsules and rookie ships distinguishable #28

Currently in configuration one can only select whether to show Capsules, Shuttles and Noobships in kills or not.

It should be possible to select capsules standalone and shuttles and noobships as an extra option.

While at it perhaps add an option to not show POS modules in killlisttables as well.
