Concepts Page #7

I have updated the contents of this page and it is ready for styling. I decided to leave ACID on it's own as it is a bit long to plug into the concepts page, and it can be referenced as a standalone concept in other parts of the documentation.

What do you think about "concepts" as a menu item with subitems:

The current concepts.md would become overview.md

I like it, makes sense. Also creates a separation between learning about event sourcing as a whole, and learning about Evently itself (like the tutorial and other docs)

Particles are also reduced in opacity and speed so as not to distract, and the content is squeezed in a little bit to help focus.
